Return & Refund Policy 

At GREYFORM, each product is made to order. This means items are produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.

However, if tour item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:
Greyform works with a POD (Print-On-Demand) fulfilment partner. Because items are made to order, returns for non-defective products cannot be accepted.
